Vowed & Borrowed Rental Agreement

This agreement is accepted electronically at checkout and applies to every rental order.

1. Booking & payment

1. A 50% deposit paid at checkout reserves your event date and items. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event and will be invoiced to your email.
2. Orders have a $300 minimum.

2. Cancellations & changes

1. Cancel 45+ days before your event: full refund of your deposit minus a $50 processing fee.
2. Cancel inside 45 days: the deposit is non-refundable (we've already committed your items and crew).
3. Date changes are free once, subject to availability.

3. Our guarantee to you

1. Every item is confirmed at least 30 days before your event. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable, you choose a comparable or upgraded substitute at no extra cost, or a full refund on that item.
2. Delivery, professional setup, styling and teardown are included within 25 miles of Tampa; mileage beyond is quoted before you pay.

4. Your responsibilities

1. Provide venue access for our crew at the agreed load-in and teardown windows, and standard power outlets within 25 feet for lighted items.
2. Items must stay where our crew places them. Guests may pose with, but not climb, hang from, or relocate the pieces.
3. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear (spills, breakage, missing glassware or parts) at repair or replacement cost, documented with photos.
4. Champagne walls and bar carts are display equipment only; all alcohol is supplied and served by you or your licensed caterer.
5. Outdoor placements are weather-permitting; our crew may relocate items to protect guests and equipment.

5. Liability

1. Vowed & Borrowed carries general liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue on request.
2. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the affected rental.
